Client Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing SaaS and software implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Oversee project financials, implementation timelines, resources, and deliverables while proactively identifying and managing scope changes, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Coordinate resource allocation, project bookings, and implementation workflows to maximize productivity, utilization, and profitability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within project management systems, tracking budgets, timelines, timekeeping, and KPIs throughout the software implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SaaS and software implementation projects, including project deliverables, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations and competing priorities.
• Experience with resource planning, financial tracking, project scope management, and monitoring productivity and utilization metrics within a software or technology environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems, with a focus on meeting implementation milestones and delivering an exceptional client experience.
