To support a growing Professional Services team, the full-time Client Principal will provide executive oversight and strategic engagement with client stakeholders, managing project governance and driving delivery excellence in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead strategic design workshops to translate client needs into executable Statements of Work and formal contracts Create and oversee comprehensive project documentation, including budget reports and project status updates Own final sign-off for architecture artifacts and ensure seamless execution from design plans by solution engineers Required qualifications At least 10 years of experience in consulting or professional services with a successful track record in digital projects A minimum of 5 years of direct implementation experience with Enterprise Content Management platforms and agile methodologies Strong financial acumen to manage resource P&Ls and write business cases demonstrating ROI Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills for effective collaboration with complex stakeholders Hands-on experience with cloud AI services and document processing solutions
