Client Partnership Director

To support client engagement in the Central region, the full-time salaried Client Partnership Director will translate national priorities into actionable strategies, manage a dedicated team, and foster collaboration across various stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to client leadership, developing and communicating Central region strategies based on client priorities Lead the Central region planning process, ensuring alignment of wholesaler and retailer strategies to support client objectives Directly manage and develop a team, providing strategic leadership and ensuring effective collaboration across functions Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, client management, or sales leadership Strong understanding of the grocery and CPG go-to-market environment Proven ability to lead and influence within a complex, matrixed organization Experience in developing strategies and actionable business plans based on client priorities Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
