Responsibilities: Own a portfolio of 10-20 enterprise accounts, leading renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Act as a strategic advisor to senior insights leaders and lead commercial negotiations. Collaborate with Customer Success, Research, and Product to ensure client value. Who We're Looking For: 7+ years in enterprise account management or strategic sales in the research and insights industry. Experience selling $100K+ contracts and managing $1M+ enterprise relationships. Proven track record of hitting growth, renewal, or NRR targets.
