Serving as the primary day-to-day commercial and operational partner for strategic retail and commerce media customers, the full-time Client Partner will manage account retention and expansion, operationalize growth strategies, and ensure measurable revenue outcomes in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Own retention and expansion targets across commerce media accounts, collaborating with Strategy Leads on growth planning and execution Operationalize commerce media strategies to drive advertiser adoption and revenue growth through various monetization programs Serve as the primary client operator, managing cadence calls, troubleshooting issues, and supporting onboarding and product adoption Required qualifications: 4-6+ years of experience in retail media or commerce platforms Experience working directly with retailers or marketplaces Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset Proven executive presence and communication skills Deep understanding of retail media monetization models
