Driving strategic transformation and revenue growth, the full-time remote Client Partner Director will cultivate executive relationships within key insurance accounts, manage comprehensive account plans, and oversee the full sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and deepen executive relationships within major insurance accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account plans Own expansion and renewal strategies to deliver multi-million-dollar revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction Oversee demand generation, proposal development, and negotiations, managing complex procurement processes and RFPs Required Qualifications Over 10 years of enterprise sales and account management experience, preferably in insurance technology Exceptional ability to develop C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives Strong industry knowledge of property & casualty or life & annuity insurance markets and regulatory landscapes Technical fluency with SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, and digital enablement technologies relevant to insurance Bachelor's degree; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable
