Driving strategic transformation across enterprise insurance accounts, the full-time Client Partner Director will cultivate executive relationships, oversee revenue growth initiatives, and manage complex sales cycles remotely. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and deepen executive relationships within key insurance carriers and major accounts, executing comprehensive account plans Own expansion and renewal strategies, delivering multi-million-dollar revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction Oversee full sales cycle management, including demand generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing activities Required Qualifications Over 10 years of enterprise sales and account management experience, preferably in insurance technology Exceptional ability to develop C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives Strong industry knowledge of property & casualty or life & annuity insurance markets Technical fluency with SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, and digital enablement technologies relevant to insurance Educational background with a Bachelor's degree; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable
