Client Outcomes, Associate Director, Energy

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Client Outcomes Director is a key leader within the Revenue Organization, owning outcomes for large, complex or high‑growth accounts and acting as a strategic partner to clients. This role ensures seamless integration of SoftServe services, drives portfolio growth, and aligns client needs with delivery teams to achieve high‑quality results.
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (4-5 days at client site required)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own client relationship management for assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, proactively managing risks and improving satisfaction while partnering closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Lead strategic alignment of services to client goals, identifying growth opportunities, shaping account plans, and driving pipeline continuity in collaboration with sales, pre-sales, and delivery leadership.
- Oversee delivery across programs and portfolios to ensure quality, value, and contractual alignment, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues, remove blockers, and enhance client outcomes.
- Build deep understanding of client business objectives and translate them into actionable priorities, ensuring expectation management and clear, transparent communication across all levels.
- Champion client needs internally, leading feedback processing, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives based on NPS and direct feedback.
- Facilitate multi-layer communication between client stakeholders and SoftServe teams, ensuring alignment, clarity on progress, and shared ownership of results.
- Drive account growth by leading deal pursuits, supporting proposals, and executing development activities that expand services and strengthen long‑term partnerships.
- Promote a client‑centric culture within delivery teams, reinforcing quality standards, aligning on client‑specific requirements, and enabling consistent, high‑impact service execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in client‑facing roles within the IT industry, focused on service delivery, stakeholder management, and client success.
- 2+ years of experience managing large, complex programs, portfolios, or strategic accounts with responsibility for delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of account planning, portfolio management, and business development practices that drive long‑term client growth.
- Advanced experience with cross‑functional delivery models, coordinating sales, pre‑sales, and delivery teams to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to be on‑site at client location 4‑5 days/week.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of managing complex challenges and driving results in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills with the ability to translate client needs into strategic opportunities and clearly convey complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
