The Role

- Client reporting: monthly, quarterly and as-needed reports to clients and their tax advisors
- Prepare templates for account opening, account closing and account changes
- Prep work for weekly meetings with Nancy (agenda, client information, client reports)
- Monitor and track RMDs
- Weekly cash and market value report: research and determine action to be taken
- Respond to client requests (provide wire instructions and delivery instructions)
- Monitor messages from Pershing and Schwab for action to be taken by the Wealth Team
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably wealth management or RIA operations
- Schwab and/or Pershing experience preferred; specific systems can be taught
- Familiarity with account documentation, money movement, fraud prevention and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Clear, professional communication and a client-first attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- CRM or portfolio management system experience, and SIE or Series 65/66, a plus
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement benefits and paid time off
- A collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Hands-on training and growth opportunities
Additional Requirements
- Full-time, in-office position in Scottsdale, Arizona
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- No visa sponsorship available
