Client Operations AssociateHarding Loevner is seeking a Client Operations Associate to join its Client Operations team, which is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of client portfolios to ensure adherence to strategy models, investment guidelines, and risk controls.The Associate will assist the firm's portfolio managers and broader client service team primarily in the areas of trade implementation, ongoing monitoring and maintenance of client portfolios, and data integrity relating to client records in all systems. This role offers the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of investment decision-making, create trades, and contribute to a variety of operational initiatives. The position provides exposure to a broad range of investment management functions, including portfolio administration, compliance and risk analysis, data analysis, and cross-functional project work.

It is well suited for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical and technical abilities, thrive in highly detail-oriented work, and apply critical thinking to solve complex problems.Responsibilities include:Create trades for accounts/strategies as directed by Portfolio Managers or clients and become an expert user of the firm's trading system and compliance moduleMaster risk control and ongoing portfolio monitoring of client portfoliosCommunicate portfolio compliance to Portfolio Managers and Senior ManagementFacilitate daily ETF Capital Markets operations through close coordination with Portfolio Managers, Trading, and OperationsSupport new client onboarding and account setup activitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree with a strong interest in investment managementUp to three years of experience, preferably in portfolio administrationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsExperience with coding a plusThe annual base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000.
