We’re hiring a Client Manager II to join Lockton Northeast!
If you’re an experienced Commercial Property & Casualty insurance professional who enjoys building client relationships, navigating renewals, and solving complex coverage challenges, this could be a great next step.
As a Client Manager II, you’ll have an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of a book of business while partnering with Account Executives and senior team members to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
You’ll be involved in:
🔹 Managing the renewal, marketing and placement process
🔹 Building strong relationships with clients and underwriters
🔹 Analyzing coverage options and helping clients make informed decisions
🔹 Leading client conversations and helping solve complex issues
🔹 Leveraging analytics to support program strategy and negotiations
🔹 Mentoring junior Associates and contributing to the broader team
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of commercial P&C insurance, brokerage or consulting experience who is organized, collaborative, client-focused and genuinely interested in continuing to grow their insurance expertise.
