Job Summary
OneDigital is hiring a Client Manager to partner with PEO Consultants in delivering excellence across client implementation, renewals, reporting, and overall service. This remote role offers a competitive salary of $70,000–$75,000/year , plus health, dental, disability insurance, and paid time off.
The Client Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation, and supporting the implementation process with technology tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with consultants to manage client relationships
- Oversee client reporting and deliverables
- Establish and manage client communications, including calls, notes, and follow-up items
- Manage new client and renewal implementation processes and timelines
- Ensure accuracy of client-facing and internal documents
- Provide client service within scope of expertise
- Support consultants in delivering high-quality service and meeting client expectations
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Previous applicable work experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with insurance carrier websites
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with database applications
- Insurance license (required, can be obtained within 90 days of hire)
Compensation
- Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year (based on experience, education, and location)
- Eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus
