Your day-to-day will include:Insurance & Eligibility CoordinationVerify insurance coverage and maintain up-to-date information in our electronic records systemReview daily insurance reports and troubleshoot any anomalies or eligibility issuesCommunicate clearly with front desk and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-makingClient-Facing EngagementBe a warm, professional presence at our front desk—greeting clients with care and cultural sensitivityAnswer incoming calls with professionalism and compassion, helping clients feel heard and supportedProvide trauma-informed, client-centered service to individuals from diverse backgroundsAdministrative SupportSupport clinical staff with key clerical tasks including faxing, case filing, mail distribution, and EMR assistanceMaster our electronic medical record system for scheduling, report generation, and data managementProcess all incoming medical records requests in accordance with agency policyWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who brings a balance of technical skills and heart.
