Client Human Resources Business Partner III - Palm Springs, CA area

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in the Palm Springs, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products and technologies.
• Resolve client problems by identifying solutions from a broad perspective.
• Work independently to resolve issues and proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate with clients to set priorities, organize day, multitask, change direction, and provide prompt follow‑up, aiming to exceed client expectations.
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions and best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced consultants and specialists.

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in the Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Riverside, Chino or Corona, Indio, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, La Quinta, CA area or surrounding areas; hybrid work model.
• At least 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in a systems‑related organization.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven ability to produce positive results.
• A college degree is not required; equivalent experience or military experience is acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR Certification or willingness to pursue one within the first year.
