Client Human Resources Business Partner III
In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Responsibilities
- Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve: Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies. Solve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. Work independently to resolve issues and proactively provide clients with information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
- Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations: Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. Set priorities, organize your day, multitask, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction while upholding the highest ethical standards.
- Provide Recommendations and Educate: Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions or best practices to ADP leadership and clients. Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
- A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include: Experience noted above, or military experience. Veterans bring unique talents, initiative, discipline, and problem‑solving skills.

- HR certification or willingness to pursue one in the first year.
