Client Growth Leader: Onboarding, Retention & Expansion

Queen One is seeking a Head of Client Growth to build and lead the team responsible for onboarding, retention, and expansion across our client base. This leadership role reports directly to Erin Stavi and is ideal for someone who has scaled a customer success or account management function and can turn a growing book of business into a repeatable, measurable engine.

This role will own strategy, metrics, and collaboration with Sales and Product to drive long-term value and revenue.
