Serving as the primary finance liaison for assigned clients, the full-time Client Finance Lead will manage financial reporting, job setup, and client billing processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as the main finance contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the financial lifecycle of projects Oversee the financial setup and maintenance of client jobs, ensuring compliance with approved scopes, budgets, and documentation Prepare, review, and submit client invoices, maintaining accurate billing schedules and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to billing Required qualifications Experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within an agency or project-based environment Proficiency in financial management systems and project management tools Strong understanding of budgeting, billing, and revenue recognition processes Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for client profitability and cash forecasting Familiarity with client contract terms and compliance requirements
