Assisting in the overall financial management for a client portfolio, the fully remote Client Finance Analyst I will focus on monthly project accounting, client invoicing, and financial tracking while collaborating with project managers and the SG&A team. Key responsibilities Assist with monthly project accounting, including updates to financial trackers and taking notes during project status meetings Prepare client invoicing based on contracts and follow up on past due invoices, while also assisting in the preparation of monthly client accruals Track project costs against contracted amounts and assist with ad hoc projects, including annual budget preparation and audit support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business 0-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience in month-end close and project accounting is preferred Client services or client-facing experience is a plus
