Client Experience Lead – Multi-Office Regions

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for service delivery, operations, and team performance while remaining hands-on in-office.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, grow bench strength, manage staffing and facilities, monitor metrics, and drive revenue and client growth across the office network.
