Client Experience Lead, Branch Operations

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to be at the heart of branch operations in our Oregon branch, working closely with the Branch Manager and team to ensure accurate transactions, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming client experience.

You will train and mentor staff, drive loss control and audits, promote self-service options, and build lasting client relationships through attentive service and proactive communication.
