Pay and Benefits
$60,000–$70,000 base + 10% bonus opportunity. Medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with 4% match; unlimited vacation; benefits start day one.
The Role

We’re looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to be the right hand to one of our wealth advisors and the warm, polished voice her clients hear every day. If you've delivered white-glove service in hospitality or kept a busy executive running smoothly, this role brings both together.
What you'll do
- Own a busy advisor's calendar, inbox, and travel
- Schedule and confirm meetings directly with high-net-worth clients by phone and email
- Send personal notes, gifts, and milestone touches that make clients feel known
- Plan and run 4–5 client events a year, from venue to follow-up
- Track meeting follow-ups and keep client requests moving fast
What you bring
- 3+ years as an executive assistant, or in luxury hospitality or concierge service
- Warm, polished communication on the phone and in writing
- Strong organization; you anticipate needs and follow through without being asked
- Discretion with confidential information
- Outlook and Microsoft Office skills; wealth management or event experience a plus
