Client Engagement Director

To support a growing client engagement function, the full-time remote Client Engagement Director will manage high-impact Member programs, design scalable systems, and ensure consistent delivery of value across the Network. Key responsibilities Build and maintain scalable processes that provide visibility into Member relationships and future engagement opportunities Own the growth and health of assigned member relationships, developing strategies to deepen engagement and support retention Lead operations and continuous improvement of AVIA's Network convening events, ensuring a smooth attendee experience and accurate insight capture Required qualifications Proven experience in client engagement or account management within a healthcare or technology environment Strong understanding of data management and reporting tools, particularly Hubspot Experience in designing and executing member programs and events Ability to leverage collaboration tools effectively to enhance team visibility and accountability Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and process innovation
