About This Role
As a Client Engagement & Program Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building long-term partnerships. You will manage multiple client relationships while overseeing program operations and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
- • Coordinate service delivery across technical teams and ensure SLA compliance
- • Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling
- • Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions
- • Track and report on key performance metrics and client satisfaction
- • Resolve escalated client issues and manage expectations effectively
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
- • Oversee program operations and resource allocation
Qualifications
- ✓ 4+ years of experience in client success, account management, or program management
- ✓ Background in cybersecurity, IT services, or managed services industry
- ✓ Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships
- ✓ Strong project management and organizational skills
- ✓ Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- ✓ Experience with CRM and project management tools
- ✓ Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them for business stakeholders
- ✓ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- + PMP or similar project management certification
- + Experience in MSP/MSSP environment
