Our client, a leading luxury brand, is seeking a Client Development Manager to lead CRM and clienteling strategy within its Madison Avenue boutique.

This is a store-based role and part of the boutique’s management team. You will turn client data into targeted actions that grow the VIC community, strengthen retention, and drive sales, while coaching sales associates to develop their client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique’s CRM strategy, using client segmentation and purchasing insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Build targeted plans for client acquisition, retention, reactivation, and progression across client tiers.
• Coach the sales team on CRM tools, personalized outreach, and consistent follow-up.
• Track clienteling KPIs and translate performance data into clear team actions.
• Use CRM insights to drive event attendance, appointments, conversion, and category growth.

Required Experience

• Luxury retail CRM and client development experience, connecting client data to store-level sales results.
• Previous people management experience, with the ability to coach and influence a sales team. This position has no direct reports.
• Proven results in client retention, VIC growth, reactivation, or CRM-driven revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with CRM platforms and client segmentation.
• A hands-on approach and enthusiasm for working alongside boutique teams daily.
