GTR is hiring a Client Development Associate to join our team and work directly with our Sales Manager and company leadership. You’ll receive hands-on experience in prospecting, client development, recruiting, and account management while learning the staffing industry from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone looking to transition into sales .
Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients and decision-makers using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM records
- Support business development and lead generation efforts
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-up activities
- Attend client visits and sales meetings
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Learn recruiting and staffing industry best practices
- Support client communication and relationship management
- Assist with marketing initiatives, special projects, and company growth efforts
