Evaluating loan data and preparing files for delivery to Secondary Market Investors, the full-time Agency Delivery Specialist will audit loan level data, assess loan risk, and ensure data accuracy prior to submission. Key responsibilities Evaluate loans using Loan Quality Advisor and EarlyCheck to determine eligibility for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Assist in UCD processing by resolving critical edits and ensuring borrower eligibility before submission Collaborate with Underwriting and the Collateral team to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure compliance Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or equivalent experience preferred Previous mortgage loan delivery or post-closing experience required Working knowledge of Excel and Word Experience with GNMA, FNMA, and Freddie Mac certification processes is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
