Ensuring the accurate processing of agent-related documentation, the full-time Remote Agency Success Consultant will manage firm mergers, block transfers, and state appointments while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end processing of firm mergers and acquisitions, including communication with impacted areas Manage block transfers by coordinating cross-functional communication and overseeing processing from initiation to completion Process state appointments, renewals, and terminations in compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Four or more years of operations, customer service, or transaction-processing experience Prior experience in insurance or financial services operations, particularly in agent services or licensing Familiarity with state insurance department processes related to appointments and renewals Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
