Providing superior quality through audits related to risk adjustment coding efforts, the full-time remote Client Coding Project Manager will oversee daily auditing operations, educate stakeholders on improvement opportunities, and collaborate with management to implement quality assurance programs. Key responsibilities Monitor performance of Risk Adjustment Operations and coding vendors Ensure compliance with coding regulations and provide training on correct coding techniques Report audit findings to leadership and identify process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of related coding experience, including 5 years in risk adjustment Expert knowledge of Risk Adjustment and 1+ years of project management experience Proficiency in Microsoft and G-Suite applications, especially Excel Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently Experience in developing and monitoring policies and internal control procedures
