To support the growth and success of small businesses throughout the region, the part-time Client Coach - NJ Licensed will provide high-quality advising, training, and outreach services while collaborating with other counselors and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities Utilizing critical thinking to create customized strategies through one-on-one counseling for small business clients Developing and delivering group training sessions and webinars based on areas of specialty Tracking and reporting on outreach and consulting activities to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience in consulting or advisory roles Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation Excellent communication skills and computer literacy Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops is preferred
