Your journey with us is more than just a job: it's a meaningful career.Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:Answers telephones and makes reservations for clientsTracks information in the databaseResponsible for planning in the conference centerEnsures appropriate communication to operating departments including Conference Services, Catering, and Audio VisualChecks all conference rooms before client arrivesEnsures rooms are set according to customer standardsEnsure Audio Visual equipment is set according to customer standardsFinalizes all planning details with clients and distributes to all operating departmentsProvides business center services when requestedRuns end-of-day reportsPreferred Qualifications:Four year college degree preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeTwo years of planning experience in hospitality industryProactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our businessKeep abreast of industry trends and share information with staffExceptional customer service abilitiesCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
