For more information, please visit .Job Description Summary:The Client Capital Director (CCA) will serve as a key point of contact between Research, client teams, GPs, and Compliance. This role will be responsible for liaising with CA Fund deal teams, in-house Fund Solutions, and Compliance to oversee and enforce allocation policies and procedures. This role will also orchestrate private investment fund closings, relay access and timing details, communicate subscription timelines, and organize document access in accordance with Compliance mandates, handle GP and LP inquiries within tight deadlines, and manage logistics throughout. A successful CCD will ensure ease of interaction for GPs; timely, consistent, and compliance-aligned internal communication with LPs and work to create more robust and inclusive processes for internal stakeholders. This role will have additional responsibilities liaising with CA Fund teams and Compliance to ensure allocation policies and procedures are documented and observed.Job Description:Responsibilities:Oversee CA Fund Allocation workflow policies are documented and followed appropriately, liaise with deal teams and/or Compliance as necessary to ensure accuracy and fidelity with regulatory requirementsManage communication between Transaction Compliance, MRO, and GI to validate Discretionary client investment applicability and facilitate timely investment processesManage communication between GPs and prospective LPs (CA clients) by aggregating and sharing interested LP information to a GP in line with CA best practices, and relaying access and timing details to interested LPsManage communication with high-level professionals at GPs to negotiate client access in partnership with CA research teams, while cultivating long-term relationships between CA and GPsOversee allocation planning with Diligence teams to set and deliver information flow, ongoing administration, and timely internal/external communication to support client allocation activitiesManage fund information workflow to all CA stakeholders, including Global Investment Services (GIS), Global Investment Research (GIR), Legal, Transaction Services, and Client Services Group (CSG)Full understanding of fund closing process from beginning to endResponsibility for accurate allocation information to be reflected in various internal systems, including Altvia, AACS, IOI, Manager Central, and OpticaOversight of activities and/or personnel contributing to CA Fund, fund allocation, or transaction compliance activitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent7-10 years’ professional experienceWorking knowledge of Private Investments, including Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Alternative AssetsHighly detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervisionDemonstrated ability to assign priorities to multiple concurrent, competing requests, while ensuring their integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timelinessStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are requiredUnderstanding of Research dynamics and broad understanding of Research goals and prioritiesAbility to quickly form and maintain relationships across Research/GISUnderstanding of broader Research goals and willingness to proactively work towards those goalsAbility to adapt and pivot quickly, triage requests, and still produce a high-quality productAdvanced decision-making skills based on understanding of firm goals, values, and similarly executed experiencesAdvanced understanding of Compliance and how that fits into broader research processBase salary range for this role:Pay Range Minimum: Pay Range Maximum: In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
