To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Client Billing Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve issues for clients and therapists, educate them on the platform, and advocate for their needs in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists via phone and live chat Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with product teams to enhance the platform Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and therapists throughout their journey Required qualifications: One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payers Strong knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10 and CPT codes, preferably in mental health Experience with Claim MD or Availity for verifying benefits and reading EOBs Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting Bonus points for bilingual candidates, preferably in Spanish
