Client Billing Operations AnalystSomerville, MATriumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst for our Somerville, MA team.We're looking for a Client Billing Operations Analyst who is equally comfortable digging into a messy spreadsheet and presenting a clean, actionable insight to leadership. This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the manager and Human Resources.Responsibilities:Build and maintain dashboards tracking CPQ status, customer onboarding progress, purchase order (PO) gaps, and team workloadTranslate raw operational data into clear, digestible visuals and narratives for both technical and non-technical audiencesPrepare data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monthly waste account reporting, and leadership summariesAnalysis & Process Improvement:Analyze recurring delays, rework, billing gaps, and process bottlenecks to identify root causes and translate them into concrete, actionable recommendationsRecommend and help implement process improvements that reduce errors and cycle timeDocument processes and reporting logic so they're repeatable and scalableSupport forecasting related to Sales Ops workload and team capacity planningIdentify opportunities to standardize and streamline Sales Ops workflowsCross-Functional Partnership:Partner closely with Technical Services and Sales leadership to improve data quality at the point of intakeServe as a liaison between Sales, Billing, and Technical Services to resolve data and process gapsCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at multiple levelsBasic Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1-2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical roleAdvanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables and dashboard-building experience (Power BI, Tableau, or similar a plus)Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive improvementStrong analytical and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to translate data trends into actionable recommendations and next stepsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively across departments to align data quality and process improvementsComfortable operating amid ambiguity, with the ability to bring structure to loosely defined problemsMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorshipMust have a reliable form of transportationBesides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
