As a Client Benefits Representative, you’ll work virtually with individuals and families interested in learning more about available benefit programs. You’ll help them understand their options, answer their questions, and provide support throughout the process.
No previous industry experience is required. You’ll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and continued support as you develop in the role.
Your Day-to-Day
Conduct scheduled virtual appointments with clients
Learn about each client’s needs, questions, and priorities
Present available benefit options in a clear and professional manner
Explain program details and help clients understand their choices
Assist with digital applications and necessary documentation
Respond to questions and provide follow-up support
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Develop positive, long-term client relationships
Participate in virtual training and professional development sessions
