Client Benefits Representative Remote

The Role

Your focus will be creating a smooth and professional experience for every client.

You’ll manage virtual appointments, provide personalized information, respond to questions, and help clients understand the next steps available to them.

Your Responsibilities

Meet with clients through phone and video appointments

Learn about each client’s needs and priorities

Provide clear information about available benefit programs

Walk clients through coverage and enrollment options

Respond to questions in a professional and timely manner

Assist with electronic applications and documentation

Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information

Keep client records accurate and up to date

Maintain communication with clients after enrollment

Attend virtual training and development sessions
