Client Analyst

Position Overview

The Client Analyst supports the seamless integration of new clients, manages operational and administrative tasks, coordinates client communication, and collaborates across internal departments to deliver high-quality financial service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding, Data Management, and Contracting

• Manage the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration.

• Maintain accurate client records and data across internal systems.

• Handle contracting procedures and associated administrative tasks.

Meeting Coordination

• Assist in scheduling client meetings as needed.

• Ensure timely and effective communication between advisor teams and clients.

Investment Account Processing

• Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications.

• Oversee account setup through completion and funding.

Tax Season Operations

• Organize tax data and document requirements.

• Gather, track, and process client consents.

• Finalize tax returns, coordinate estimated payments, and facilitate e-filing.

Internal Collaboration & Special Investments

• Interface with internal departments to complete investment and operational deliverables.

• Address account-related inquiries and process requests involving Special Investments and Private Equity.

Quality Control Metrics & Reporting

• Assist teams in tracking and reporting Quality Control metrics.

• Maintain high standards of service accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment; financial services experience preferred, but not required.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly team-focused.
