Client Advisory Tax Manager

Totlani & Partners in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to join the leadership team and transition from leave-compliance-heavy public accounting to a client-facing advisory role.

You will build client relationships, coach a team of five Accounting Specialists, and provide hands-on accounting support while driving process improvement and ensuring financial accuracy. The role offers a base salary in the $120k–$130k range with incentives and comprehensive benefits.
