Manage and deliver accurate weekly and monthly client accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close in QuickBooks/QBO Prepare client-ready financial statements and reporting packages; Partner with client owners/management to resolve accounting issues and improve decision-ready reporting Supervise, review, and coach associates by assigning work, providing clear direction, and enforcing quality standards Contribute to special projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction
Experience delivering client-facing accounting services (CAS, outsourced accounting, advisory, or similar) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Ability to work in the office a minimum of 3-4 days per week Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement preparation skills Advanced Excel proficiency (reconciliations, rollforwards, data cleanup, reporting) High integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple client engagements Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional client service
