Client Advisory Services Director

Premier Financial Search is representing a growing CPA firm seeking an experienced Director of Client Advisory Servicesto take a key leadership role within its CAS practice. Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction, growth, and strategic planning of the CAS department.
• Build, mentor, and develop managers and team members to support a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients while serving as a trusted business advisor.
• Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting and advisory services to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance processes, and implement technology solutions.
• Partner with firm leadership on budgeting, pricing strategies, and practice growth initiatives.
• Drive business development efforts through client expansion, referrals, and new relationships.
• Monitor department performance metrics, profitability, and engagement success across the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and Client Advisory Services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and client relationships.
• Proven track record of growing and managing a successful CAS practice.
• CPA designation highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll tax compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead operational improvements and leverage technology to increase efficiency.

Compensation

$165,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience.
