To support a growing CPA and advisory firm, the full-time Client Advisory Manager will build trusted relationships with business owners, leading conversations about financial performance and coordinating with tax and accounting professionals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with business owners, serving as the primary contact for their accounting, tax, and advisory needs Lead discussions regarding financial performance, profitability, cash flow, and business decisions Coordinate with technical professionals to ensure client needs are met accurately and timely Required qualifications Significant experience in tax, accounting, or financial advisory, preferably with multiple business clients Strong understanding of accounting and U.S. tax concepts Proven ability to manage client relationships and projects effectively Confidence to lead discussions and recognize when technical expertise is necessary Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
