CLIENT ADVISOR – SAN DIEGO UTC

Location: San Diego, CA – UTC

Compensation: $75,000 base salary + 7% commission

Schedule: Full-Time

Store Opening: November 23rd

We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join a luxury retail team for an exciting new store opening at San Diego UTC. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, sales-driven professional to play a key role in establishing the client experience and building the store’s business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, highly personalized client experience from initial interaction through follow-up
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent outreach and clienteling
• Drive sales and consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals
• Develop and maintain a strong personal client book
• Provide thoughtful product recommendations based on each client’s needs, preferences, and lifestyle
• Create a welcoming and elevated in-store experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards
• Follow up with clients through outreach, appointments, and personalized communication
• Support visual merchandising, inventory, and overall store operations as needed
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall business goals
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on collections, launches, and brand initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly polished, professional, and service-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Passion for luxury fashion and delivering an exceptional client experience
