Client Accounting Bookkeeper With Expertise In QuickBooksWe are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Remote/Hybrid Client Accounting Bookkeeper. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting our clients in managing their financial affairs, leveraging your proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce. This position offers the flexibility of remote work for 80% of the time, with occasional in-person meetings scheduled at our esteemed locations in East Gwinnett, Loganville, Grayson, or Lawrenceville.

This is a full-time commitment, requiring 40 hours of service per week.Key Responsibilities:Dedicate 50% of your time to one client, ensuring meticulous maintenance and accuracy of their financial records.Utilize QuickBooks and Salesforce to meticulously organize and maintain clients' financial records, adhering to industry standards and best practices.Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned client, delivering exceptional support and guidance as needed, and ensuring comprehension of financial reports.Conduct thorough reviews of all financial transactions to ensure precision and adherence to established guidelines.Requirements:Possess a strong aptitude for working with numbers and conducting complex calculations.Demonstrated ability to maintain orderly and systematic financial records.Prior experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is highly preferred, although training opportunities are available for exceptional candidates.Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.Prior exposure to remote or hybrid work environments is advantageous.Reside in or within close proximity to the East Gwinnett, Loganville, Grayson, or Lawrenceville areas.Possessing knowledge of Salesforce is considered a valuable asset.Compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's level of expertise and experience.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional seeking to contribute to a dynamic team environment while making a significant impact on clients' financial management processes, we encourage you to apply today.
