If there is no job title, please do not include a title.Job DescriptionSystems Engineering & Lifecycle Support:Conduct systems engineering reviews and analyses across all lifecycle phases including concept development, engineering and manufacturing development, production, deployment, and operations & supportTranslate DoD user requirements into system requirements to guide design, development, fabrication, and evaluation effortsReview system design baselines to assess architecture and interoperability requirementsSupport development of system specifications and architecture documentationAnalyze engineering change proposals, specifications, and vendor submissions and provide recommendations to the GovernmentElectrical Engineering & Technical Analysis:Apply electrical engineering principles to system design, validation, and performance assessmentConduct lifecycle cost evaluations of systems and componentsSupport risk tracking, issue resolution, and technical working groupsContribute to technical planning documentation and alternative solution evaluationsTest & Evaluation (T&E) Support:Conduct T&E planning, execution, analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance with operational requirementsEvaluate availability and capability of DoD and civilian test resourcesCoordinate scheduling and utilization of required test assetsDesign, document, and support execution of certification and compliance activitiesProgram & FMS Support:Provide engineering support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts as requiredSupport program objectives in alignment with acquisition and sustainment milestonesOther duties as assigned
