In this role you would be a part of our growing relationship with one of our great clients and have responsibilities in Desktop Support such as:Provide Workstation Software Break Fix supportIMAC – PC Install, Moves, Adds and ChangesImage LoadsAsset RecoveryAsset taggingPrinter SupportClient Center (Tech Bar) SupportIT Service Management UpdatesOther Client Support duties needed to maintain Workstation operations and customer satisfaction may be assignedQualifications:Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop SupportKnowledge of PC ImagingExperience with change management and incident managementExperience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk WipePreferred Qualifications:Certified Dell TechnicianExpertise in Inventory ControlRequirements:Must be within driving distance of El Segundo, CA and willing to work onsiteMust possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or abovePlease note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S.
