Cleanroom Operator (Entry Level)
Location: Sturbridge, MA
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
Pay:
* 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $16.75/hour
* 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $17.59/hour
* 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $18.43/hour

Savvy Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Cleanroom Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Sturbridge, MA. Job Responsibilities
* Operate production machines and equipment in a cleanroom environment.
* Follow detailed written work instructions and verbal directions.
* Perform visual inspections of products according to quality standards.
* Use hand tools to perform simple, repetitive secondary operations.
* Count, pack, seal, label, and stack finished products.
* Record scrap and production information accurately.
* Place work-in-process parts in the proper location to prevent mixing with finished goods.
* Clean and maintain the work area according to safety and housekeeping standards.
* Assist with cleaning tools, machines, and equipment.
* Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
* Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 is a plus.
Physical Requirements
* Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE.
* Ability to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect parts visually.
* Ability to move equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
* Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
* Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
