Cleaning Machine Operator

Operate and maintain a cleaning machine used to wash and process metal parts produced by press and stamping machines, ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor the parts cleaning machine to ensure proper cleaning and processing of metal components.
  • Load and unload metal parts into the machine safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect cleaned parts for quality issues, damage, or defects before packaging or moving to the next department.
  • Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors of any malfunctions or maintenance concerns.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and surrounding work area.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
