Our school is seeking hard-working and dependable individuals to join our cleaning crew.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 5-hour shift between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Hours: 20–25 hours per week
• Pay: Starting at $13 per hour, depending on experience
• Weekends: None
• Holidays: None

Job Duties

The primary purpose of this position is to provide general cleaning and sanitation services throughout the Academic and Auxiliary Services Buildings.

Duties include:

• General cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas
• Removing trash and replacing trash liners
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Basic floor care as assigned
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, and other assigned spaces
• Stocking and replenishing toiletries and cleaning supplies
• Keeping assigned areas clean, neat, and orderly
• Following proper procedures when using cleaning products and equipment
• Reporting maintenance issues, spills, or safety concerns as needed
• Performing other cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Pass a required background check. No felony, theft, assault, or drug convictions will be accepted.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and dependable attitude.
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow school policies, procedures, and standards.
• Have good organizational and time-management skills.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds.
• Be able to hear and understand verbal instructions.
• Be able to access and navigate all areas of the school as needed.
