STARTING AT $18.99 PER HOUR, PURSUANT TO THE RULES OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:The Cleaner/Laborer – Nights position is a part time position under the direct supervision of theBuilding Maintenance Cleaning Supervisor and is responsible for the general cleanliness andmaintenance of the Headquarters Building.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. The pick up of all trash, which includes the bagging and preparation for commercial pickup2. Vacuuming of all carpets3. Dusting of furniture and partitions4. Strip, wax and buff floors and stairways5. Shampoo carpets6. Clean lavatories and lounges and replenish supplies essential to the use of the building.7. May be assigned other duties essential to the maintenance of the building.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Physical capability to climb and work at heights to perform moderate to heavy manual labor. Ability tounderstand and carry out written and oral instructions.
