These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionUnder the general supervision of the Detector Production Manager, the Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician performs hands-on technical tasks in a cleanroom environment to support final inspection, demount operations, and product disposition. This role is responsible for verifying product quality, executing yield and scrap transactions, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking across MES and ERP systems to maintain traceability and production integrity.This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesFinal Inspection & Demount Operations Perform final inspection of wafers and assemblies using microscopes and metrology toolsExecute demount processes following established procedures and handling requirementsIdentify, document, and escalate defects or nonconforming conditionsYielding, Scrapping & Inventory Accuracy Process yield, scrap, and rework transactions in MES and ERP systemsEnsure accurate part counts and product status throughout final inspection and dispositionReconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system recordsData Entry & Traceability Complete data entry for travelers and WIP tracking systemsMaintain accurate documentation to support product traceability and system integrityRecord inspection results, defect classifications, and disposition decisionsProcess Control & Quality Assurance Verify completion of prior process steps before final inspectionSupport audit readiness by maintaining clear and accurate recordsEnsure compliance with quality standards and inspection criteriaCollaboration & Production Support Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and qualitySupport issue escalation and resolution related to yield, inventory discrepancies, or product defectsAssist with continuous improvement efforts related to inspection processes and data accuracyGeneral Responsibilities Follow ISO Class 6 cleanroom protocols and safe handling practicesMaintain 5S/6S standards to ensure an organized and compliant work environmentPerform additional duties as required to support production goals and scheduleJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working with MES and/or ERP systems preferredAbility to read and follow process documentation and travelersStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and traceabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience in semiconductor manufacturing, inspection, or assemblyExperience with final inspection, demount processes, or product dispositionFamiliarity with yield tracking, scrap processing, and inventory reconciliationExperience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift)Frequent use of microscopes for detailed inspectionManual dexterity for handling small, delicate componentsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbsVisual acuity for identifying small defects and featuresAbility to work in full cleanroom gowning (coveralls, gloves, mask, eye protection)What We OfferCompetitive Salary & Benefits PackageHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays401(k) with Company MatchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEducational Tuition ReimbursementFun Employee Events throughout the yearApplicants must be either a U.S.
