The Clean Room Operator plays a key role in safely operating and monitoring production equipment in a controlled cleanroom environment. This position ensures that raw materials, in-process products, and finished electrodes or assemblies meet strict quality standards while following detailed standard operating procedures. The role involves accurate documentation of production data, adherence to safety protocols, and support of smooth manufacturing operations through equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, and routine cleaning. * Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Follow all safety rules and consistently wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including full cleanroom attire.
* Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished electrodes or assemblies to verify compliance with quality and specification standards.
* Accurately record production data, equipment readings, and quality check results in designated systems and logs.
* Identify basic equipment or process issues, promptly report them, and assist with troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
